His daily diet includes egg whites. No wonder! because building a body like his needs protein content and he is surely giving his body right amout of protein.
His breakfast inlcude oat meal along with egg whites.
He snacks on dry fruits and whey shake before lunch
Brown rice with chicken and boiled veggies for lunch.
Evening snack include protein shake. He practices gymnastics after drinking his protein shake.
